Award Winning Chili Recipe

Y’all LOVE hearing about easy recipes. And this one is not only unbelievably easy, but it makes for leftovers, which are often even more delicious than the actual first meal. Chili to me says Welcome Fall like no other meal. SO I am very early, but it was just time for a good pot of Chili. Years ago, maybe ten years ago a family friend recommended to use TACO SEASONING as the main ingredient, like the ingredient you can never miss, and I have been making my chili with this ever since. And it is a game changer!

You are welcome to double/triple this if you would like. The below servings makes for two people four meals.

It is considered a Vegetarian Chili (that doesnt taste vegetarian at all .. and is obviously delicious).


One carton Chicken Broth

Can of Trader Joes Vegetarian Chili

One Can black beans

Can pinto beans

One can red kidney beans

One packet Taco Seasoning

Diced jalapeño

Diced red onion

3 bay leaves (remove before serving)

Minced garlic

Directions – easiest recipe directions ever.

Sauté minced garlic for a few minutes until savory

Then add all the ingredients and cook on Medium heat

Award Winning Chili Recipe MEAT OPTION:

Add any ground meat after the garlic and cook. 

Then add ingredients.
