Thanksgiving food for thought

If you feel alone. You’re not.

If you feel sad. That’s ok.

If you feel overwhelmed. Walk away.

You can still enjoy food without gaining a ton of weight.

Don’t overeat. Eat slow and when you’re full just be aware of it instead of stuffing to discomfort.

Choose one to eat more of : bread, dessert, drinks, etc. But don’t have a lot of everything.


Have a little of each.

Don’t eat a huge breakfast. Have something small.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially before the meal.

Just generally be aware of your body, what you’re feeling and when you’ve had enough.

And on a side note a couple pointers I’m making for me.

Remember to take pictures.

Enjoy the moment.

Laugh a lot.

Don’t take it too seriously.

Forget about any hurts from anyone.

Prepare in advance for the EGR (extra grace required) people.
