Eat foods with more protein.

It breaks my heart to see people working out, running, trying to tone and lose weight, but still have that extraness they don’t want. Easiest thing to do is EAT MORE PROTEIN.

Replace certain foods with more protein.

I’m not a fan of chicken but there are still plenty of ways to get it.

Snack on Good cheeses – mozzarella, goat cheesem feta cheese, blue cheese.

Eat EGGS – hard boiled are my fav

Incorporate a Protein shake


Pair peanut butter with fruit.

Choose ONE each day and watch your body change!
