the most delicious 3 ingredient smoothie

Smoothies are the best way to control portion size, eat on the go and get your nutrients in!

This is literally my exact lunch everyday. I love how the peanut butter tastes and keeps me filled up throughout the day. And let’s just be real, banana and peanut butter together is so good. I occasionally deviate and add a yogurt blueberry smoothie but this is my go to.

I use the Ninja blender I linked for you below, which has just been amazing. I had a different blender before and I burned it out and my husband found this bullet for me and it is awesome. I have been using it probably 6 months.

Ingredients

1/2 c water

3/4 c coconut milk

1 banana

2 scoops peanut butter

Couple drops of honey (optional)

Depending on your goals you can add protein powder if you want. I do add this to my husbands but not to mine (anymore).

Directions

Blend and Enjoy!

If you like your smoothies super cold you can always add some ice in there.
