❤ Regardless of where we find ourselves this Valentine’s Day, may we find a reason to celebrate this day, because we have the greatest true love ever. And we aren’t just loved, we are SO loved. Loved with a true love. Loved with a real love. Loved with a love that forgets all wrongs. A love that sees the best and believes the best. A love that chooses to love even when circumstances may tell a different story. Love that pursues even when betrayed. Love that seeks to restore broken relationships. Love that is patient and kind and unwavering. Love that nevers, will never and can not ever fail. For me this is a reason to celebrate! Our purpose in life is to experience this kind of love. God’s love. Happy Valentine’s Day!
✝️ Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”) No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. Romans 8:35-38
