Out of the 18-20 meals a week I cook, maybe half are some sort of quesadilla or taco. We love Mexican in this house! WOW the family on the next taco night 🌮 with GOAT cheese instead of the ordinary. Hubby loved it! 🌻 are $3.99 at Trader Joe’s right now 😍
