So, first let me preface this with I completely understand.
We live in a society that we can get almost anything, faster and easier.
But with our health and bodies, the hard truth is.
There is no quick fix.
There is no amount of money that we can pay for a product or surgery that will replace the time and effort we are responsible for putting in to bettering our health and well being.
We need to own that – it’s our body, it’s our future, it’s our well being.
See when we exercise there are many things that happen, mentally and emotionally, not just the physical. Endorphins, the happy feeling, are released, there is a sense of accomplishment, there is an increase in confidence, a toned figure, just to name a few of the benefits of working out.
The answer to get what you’re looking for is diet and exercise.
I speak in general, but of course it depends on the person. If you’re looking to get a flat tummy, try a low carb, low cal diet, increase fiber, cut back on the alcohol, increase water intake instead, and add in high intensity training with LOTS of core work. You can work that tummy every day, and if you’re looking to tone it up, should. With just that you will notice a flatter tummy.
On average it takes around 200 reps per work out to begin to notice tightening of the core.
Find something that works for you. Your schedule, your personality, your goals and your current state.
If you need a trainer or a dietary coach, invest in it. It’s worth it.
If you’re looking to try something to cleanse and detox,
Try a natural option detox juice. Something very popular I recommend my clients is below:
I’ve linked some great recommendations at the bottom.
- 1 liter natural filtered water
- 1 cup not from concentrate cranberry juice
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp liquid stevia
- 3 fresh squeezed lemon
You can do this for 2-3 days, once a month.
And if you want to add a tea, add an all natural green tea.
Keep asking questions.
Keep choosing well.
Keep owning your health.
No one else can or will do it for us.
